Hello, I have just uploaded a 2min video on how to remove an IRS bank Levy?A taxpayer needs to realize is that a bank levy only attaches to what is in the bank account at the moment the levy hits.  Amounts deposited afterward, even the very next day, are not subject to the levy.

Recently, I went to my mailbox and saw a letter from the IRS as I flipped through the letters. My initial thought was, “what does the IRS want from me?” … and when I realized that the letter was about the stimulus checks, then I was relieved.

You’ve probably seen the advertisements on television offering help to people who owe tens of thousands of dollars to the IRS. The question is can these firms really deliver what they have promise?
